About the financials, exist a summary of occupation for the last 3 years, the summary of the turnover  and our average monthly charges. During the last 12 months our turn-over was 98,6k$ for a total of 38k$ benefits, from which we chose to re-invest 16k$ to extend and improve our installations.
We expect a 10% increase of the turnover per year for the next 3 years from finishing new extensions and a natural improvement of the occupancy rate.

We agree on a transition period to help you get control of the hotel in the best conditions. We would also eventually be able to stay for a few weeks and keep on working normally even after the sale is signed, if you needed time to get everything settled before moving in.

The hotel is for sale, sellers do not consider as an option to rent it out instead.
