This is a beautiful property surrounded by a lush nature garden – a house designed to offer an eco-friendly living space with comfort at the same time. Where your closer neighbors will be howler monkeys, toucans, and a large variety of birds and butterflies.

The Main House consists of:
– 2 identical rooms upstairs overlooking the pool and the property – they are each equipped with A/C, a king-size bed, and ceiling fans.

Downstairs:
The Master bedroom also is equipped with A/C, a nice big bathroom, a dressing room, a shower with hot water, a toilet), a king-size bed, mosquito nets on the windows, and ceiling fans.

The kitchen:
Is very nice and well-equipped; it has a large fridge with a freezer, a fresh water dispenser, a blender, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, and more…

The terrace:
Is also very well equipped – a very comfortable, fresh, and shady where you can enjoy every day.

The pool:
Is a large private swimming pool, where you can admire the flora and the fauna, every day!

The parking:
Is protected under roof, for the protection of your car.

Guesthouse:
The property also has a small cabin/guesthouse which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen.

Around the property you can spot: sloths, squirrels, agoutis, frogs, and many birds including different species of hummingbirds, and butterflies, including the famous Morpho azul plus you will have a variety of fruit trees as almond, lemon, avocado, palm, ylang ylang, mango and banana and others…
